Dallin has decided he wants to "babysit" on occasion. He enjoys packing the baby for short moments, especially to remove her from the stairs or to chase her away from choking hazards. He can really get her laughing too.
The local grocery store HEB put on an Easter egg hunt for the kids last week. You wouldn't believe how aggressive some people are! (I'm especially talking about those cranky adults!). Alaina knew exactly how to gather eggs and Dallin was more focused on this activity than anything other activity in my recent memory. It surprised all of us.

Ri has been working quite a bit in our backyard. We got our garden in, the back deck painted, and new concrete poured this week. The baby loves it outdoors.

Our friends did an Easter egg hunt on their 100 acre ranch yesterday. Quite a few of our friends were there and it turned out to be the best Easter egg hunt ever. It was a hunt with plenty of goodies for the kids. Don't you just love this photo of Alaina?
